At Valhalla Tactical, we stand by the durability and quality of our gear; if your apparel doesn't meet the standards of the gods, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the tactical gear you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside your package.
Secure the Shipment
Pack your items securely in the original mailer or a sturdy box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Verification and Refund
Our armory team will inspect the items upon arrival; once cleared, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
